Policies, Terms and Conditions:

By purchasing from the FBMG web site, the customer agrees that he/she holds the seller harmless for any use of any product displayed. It is the responsibility of the customer to learn, understand and obey any and all applicable local, state and federal laws in regard to purchase, possession and use of any item sold on the FBMG site.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and a 3.85% credit card fee. Additionally all returns that are not errors in delivered product made by FBMG will be paid by the customer. In short, if FBMG sends you the wrong item we will send you a shipping tag to return the old item and the correct item. If you order the wrong size, we will swap it but you pay shipping. If you want to return an item because you change your mind, you pay the restocking fee and CC fees.

All warranty issues with factory and custom guns are addressed by the manufacturer under their warranty policies. Please check with the manufacturers for details on their warranty programs prior to purchase if you have questions.

All orders, including back orders require payment up front, unless other wise authorized by the Management staff. Back orders will be filled in the order which they were received in full.

All layaway’s are subject to 1/3 down and the balance paid in two equal increments over the next 60 days. All layaways must be placed over the phone or via email with an FBMG sales rep.

Dealer accounts may be established by mailing, emailing or faxing your FFL to FBMG.

Military discounts will be given to individuals that register with an Military or NGB email address, or send in a copy of the current Military ID cards.

Custom guns will be paid for in increments of 50% on order, 25% on FBMG receiving the parts, and 25% upon completion of the weapon.

Restricted Item/NFA sales
All sales are conducted within the laws of the State of Utah, ATF regulations and the laws in the purchaser’s home state. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that they are in compliance with those laws.

All NFA items are sold in accordance with ATF regulations and US law. It is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to ensure that they are acting within the law in their state. Conversion kits and full auto parts will be sold to individuals who can provide a copy of their form 4, or to dealers that can provide a copy of their SOT.

Agencies requesting to purchase these items or items that fall under the machinegun and destructive device categories must be purchased on letter head, with a agency purchase order and will be shipped only to the department. Restricted items such as auto knives and IR devices will only be sold to individuals with military of Law Enforcement ID, or directly to departments.

Night vision devices and thermal imagers will only be sold to agencies under the same terms as NFA items, or to companies or individuals that can provide 2 forms of government issued ID and sign an End Users Agreement. All sales of these items are restricted to the continental US and FBMG will work actively and vigorously to help Federal Agents prosecute anyone sending or attempting to send these units overseas.
